Novel Design
Traditional pitot tubes are designed for fast moving objects such as airplanes. Our proprietary wind port design provides accurate wind speed readings for cycling applications.
Wind Direction
Precise measurement of cross winds is required for accurate real-world CdA. Being able to calculate cross winds is 100% required to be able to achieve accurate CdA values.
Smart & Intuitive
Motion wake up and automatic wireless communication to all ANT+ and Bluetooth devices, as well as cars passing and brake detection. These are just a few examples of what the sensor can achieve.
This technology has been an integral part of my position and equipment decision changes over the last few years.
Where I live we typically have very windy days and I have been very impressed that the sensor has been able show repeatable data under these conditions.
I am very happy with the sensor, so much so, that I will be purchasing a second one for my business Fisioconceptlab. Being able to measure our clients aerodynamics is a critical step in the evolution of their sport performance.
