GiBLI Return Policy

We’re confident that your riding experience will be revolutionized and we want you to LOVE your GiBLI G10 Real-Time Aerodynamic Sensor – but, just in case you’re not blown away, we offer a 45-day personal support guarantee.
  1. If the sensors are not set up right, please check out our article on how to adjust the sensors.
  2. If the goggles aren’t working as you expected, you may be able to find an answer to your question in one of our articles for troubleshooting.
  3. If you aren’t satisfied with the goggles for any reason, please contact us using the Support form in the bottom right corner, or through our contact page.
  4. Returns are accepted within 45 days of the ship date for products in like new condition.
    Return shipping is at owners expense.

 

Return Conditions

  • The product(s) must be returned with all of the items included in the original shipment.
  • The product(s) must be in “like new” condition, meaning an item is in perfect working condition.
  • All the original packaging should be intact and in good condition.

We Cannot Accept Returns If

  • A returned product does not meet our return requirements.
  • A return is received at the wrong address.
  • A return request is made to GiBLI more than 45 days from the date of the original order’s shipment date.
  • The product is damaged or permanently altered in any way.
    The product is still wet or dirty.

Refunds

  • Any applicable refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days after we receive the product(s) back and process them.
  • You will be notified when your refund has been issued. Refund processing time may vary according to your financial institution and payment method.
