GiBLI Return Policy
- If the sensors are not set up right, please check out our article on how to adjust the sensors.
- If the goggles aren’t working as you expected, you may be able to find an answer to your question in one of our articles for troubleshooting.
- If you aren’t satisfied with the goggles for any reason, please contact us using the Support form in the bottom right corner, or through our contact page.
- Returns are accepted within 45 days of the ship date for products in like new condition.
Return shipping is at owners expense.
- The product(s) must be returned with all of the items included in the original shipment.
- The product(s) must be in “like new” condition, meaning an item is in perfect working condition.
- All the original packaging should be intact and in good condition.
We Cannot Accept Returns If
- A returned product does not meet our return requirements.
- A return is received at the wrong address.
- A return request is made to GiBLI more than 45 days from the date of the original order’s shipment date.
- The product is damaged or permanently altered in any way.
The product is still wet or dirty.
- Any applicable refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days after we receive the product(s) back and process them.
- You will be notified when your refund has been issued. Refund processing time may vary according to your financial institution and payment method.
