GiBLI Return Policy

We’re confident that your riding experience will be revolutionized and we want you to LOVE your GiBLI G10 Real-Time Aerodynamic Sensor – but, just in case you’re not blown away, we offer a 45-day personal support guarantee.
  1. If you are having difficulty setting up your G10 sensor or it is not working as you expected, please refer to our Support page for further troubleshooting.
  2. If you aren’t satisfied with your G10 sensor for any reason, please contact us through our Support page here.
  3. Returns are accepted within 45-days of the ship date for products in like new condition. Return shipping is at the owner’s expense.

 

Return Conditions

  • The product(s) must be returned with all of the items included in the original shipment.
  • The product(s) must be in “like new” condition, meaning an item is in perfect working condition.
  • All the original packaging should be intact and in good condition.

We Cannot Accept Returns If

  • A returned product does not meet our return requirements.
  • A return is received at the wrong address.
  • A return request is made to GiBLI more than 45-days from the date of the original order’s shipment date.
  • The product is damaged or permanently altered in any way.
  • The product is still wet or dirty.

Refunds

  • Any applicable refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days after we receive the product(s) back and process them.
  • You will be notified when your refund has been issued. Refund processing time may vary according to your financial institution and payment method.
